Crisp Restaurant Review: If the name doesn’t tip you off to what this Lakeview restaurant is all about, perhaps the roll of paper towels on each of the communal tables will. Specializing in Korean fried chicken, Crisp isn’t for those who are afraid to get their hands dirty. But don’t worry: The very flavorful --- and yes, crispy --- chicken is worth the mess. There are three sauces to choose from and the “Funke” chicken is available in whole or half orders as well as in wing form. Crisp also offers other Korean-inspired fare, such as an adaptation of classic bibimbap and burritos filled with rice and beef bulgogi. Are they tasty? Yes, but we recommend the chicken. That, and leaving the white clothing at home.
