| Crow’s sophisticated spin on American comfort food utilizes flavors and ingredients from Italy, France and Asia. There's a European flair to the setting, complete with an artsy edge where whimsical crystal chandeliers, low lighting, and gauzy curtains balance richly painted cement walls. As the crow flies, it’s fairly close to Seattle Center and a popular spot for the theatre, opera and ballet crowds. Start with a bountiful autumn Bibb lettuce salad, lightly dressed in a port vinaigrette and tossed with hazelnuts, Stilton cheese crumbles and crisp pear slices. Crow's signature pan-roasted chicken wrapped in prosciutto is crispy on the outside and moist within. The hearty house lasagna features spicy sausage, and the farm-raised trout is classically topped with almonds. Finish with a rich coconut tart or the Meyer lemon chiffon cake garnished with sugared lemon strips. Service is polished and friendly, but can veer towards slow---so inform your server if you're attending a performance. |
