Crush Wine Bar Restaurant Review

: Appetizers such as local Oyster Boy’s finest and Niagara prosciutto showcase Canadian specialties. Pancetta-wrapped saddle of rabbit is savory good, and we also recommend the six-week, dry-aged rib-eye with red wine jus and the duo (roasted and braised) of lamb. As for wines, a different region is featured monthly, with three whites and three reds available in flights of two-ounce pours. An additional 20 wines are served by the glass in three- or five-ounce pours. The by-the-bottle list tops 400 labels and includes many well-priced, well-chosen global vins.
