Crustacean Restaurant Review:

A 270-foot neon wave spans the exterior of this Vietnamese restaurant, named for the house specialty: Dungeness crab. Inside, a massive, vividly colored mural effectively turns the entire restaurant into an undersea wonderland. Crab is prepared three ways: roasted, drunken (poached in three wines and scallions) and sweet-and-sour. Each style is rewarding, but the garlicky roast crab, the house’s signature dish, is especially tempting. Another signature is an irresistible garlic noodle dish made from a secret recipe. Chicken stuffed with pork, almonds, mushrooms and onions, as well as curried prawns, are other distinguished entrées.
