A 270-foot neon wave spans the exterior of this Vietnamese restaurant, named for the house specialty: Dungeness crab. Inside, a massive, vividly colored mural effectively turns the entire restaurant into an undersea wonderland. Crab is prepared three ways: roasted, drunken (poached in three wines and scallions) and sweet-and-sour. Each style is rewarding, but the garlicky roast crab, the house’s signature dish, is especially tempting. Another signature is an irresistible garlic noodle dish that is so secret the recipe is prepared in a separate kitchen. Chicken stuffed with pork, almonds, mushrooms and onions, as well as curried prawns are other distinguished entrées.
