Crystal Garden Restaurant Restaurant Review: Crystal Garden Restaurant's seasonally changing menu features American favorites, especially steak and seafood. Although most of the food is familiar, there are some out of the ordinary offerings such as grilled Arctic char with roasted potato, broccolini and citrus confit, and Long Island duck breast served medium rare with the Asian accents of hoisin sauce, a ginger glaze, and coconut-scented jasmine rice. The wine cellar is extensive with an ample variety of international wines served by the glass, bottle or half-bottle. |
