Though fast is the motto, the setting is leisurely and the food lives up to other Cucina! Cucina! restaurants. We can always find something tasty like penne with roasted chicken and broccoli in a cream sauce edged with goat cheese or wood-fired pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza. We’re fond of "pizzini,” a skinny calzone made with thinly-pressed pizza dough. Ask for extra pine nuts on your goat cheese pizza. The chopped salad and creamy lentil-sausage soup combo is a winner. Kids are welcome to mix and match their favorite noodle with their choice of four sauces.
