THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Cuisines Restaurant Review:

For a world-class hotel, this dining room is not exactly a gem. On the other hand, it doesn’t come off stuffy. We’ve taken more than a few stabs at this type of menu and that’s done nothing more than stir up confusion. However, recent meals here indicate that the restaurant is back on track, so we believe that the total fix is just a matter of time. And Seafood dishes---most of them grilled---are quite good. Grilled pizza and pasta dishes have their moments as well. It’s also, by the way, an excellent room for a quiet business lunch or dinner.
