THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Cutters Restaurant Review:

When the market closes at the Stock Exchange across the street, this handsome restaurant fills up, and stays filled through the evening. This is the only Philadelphia location of this country-wide chain (Palomino, Kinkaid’s are other names), and appreciated for its dependability, not to mention its festive happy hour. The spacious room has comfortable black leather chairs and marble-topped tables, bisected by a towering, well-stocked bar. Large tropical prints and tall trees contribute to the relaxed air. Serious drinking can induce an appetite. You can nibble on pork lollipops, coconut shrimp, and their signature crab and artichoke dip. Move on to classic fish and chips, prime ribs of beef, or mesquite-grilled rib-eye steak. Finish with key lime pie or mile high mocha pie, or something from the long list of Cognac and Armagnac.
