Daddy's Country Kitchen Restaurant Review: Jeanie Jones and family serve quite reasonably priced all-you-can-eat buffets of seafood Friday night and barbecue (ribs and chicken) Saturday night. The home-style vegetables cooked with fatback earn a blue ribbon. Though the oysters and the catfish are the most popular seafood items, you won’t be disappointed with the boiled shrimp or stuffed crab. Tartar and cocktail sauces are homemade. Refills of fresh brewed tea (from bags) keep coming. Don’t pass up homemade peach or apple cobblers, available daily. |
