 Once noted for its California-influenced “spa” cuisine, Dalesio's menu is more conventionally Italian these days, but the restaurant, on Little Italy’s fringes, is still something special. The look is Victorian --- romantic but very comfortable; casual dress is encouraged in these pretty, intimate rooms. Service is attentive and professional. Specialties include such Northern Italian classics as veal saltimbocca, as well as fresh seafood dishes. A first-rate roster of wines by the glass is available.
