| You can't go wrong with the artichoke hearts marinated with red onion, red bell peppers, olive oil and the signature pink Champagne vinegar. You'll find yourself wishing other restaurants would stop by and take a lesson in making a simple dish sing. Focaccia sandwiches come wrapped in butcher's paper and stuffed with roast beef, smoked turkey or grilled vegetables, while pizzas and pastas come with standard toppings such as sun-dried tomatoes and kalamata olives.
