West Hartford has more D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches shops than any other Connecticut town (additional West Harford locations are at Bishops Corner and Corbins Corner). This branch is just off Interstate 84 and around the corner from John F. Kennedy Memorial Park, so hop out of the fast lane and grab some picnic provisions. When dining in, we dive into a lobster roll. The chicken Vermonter sub with bacon, lettuce, tomato, honey mustard and Vermont cheddar is easier to consume on the run. D'Angelo also sells all the accompaniments, such as salads, soups, fountain sodas, chips and chocolate chip cookies.
