THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED D'Artagnan Restaurant Review:

We are very happy for Ariane Daguin’s success. After her many years in the wholesale business of mostly duck product---you foodies know she distributes the famous Hudson Valley Foie Gras---here she is hitting the consumer at her Manhattan restaurant and mini retail shop. Expect an authentic experience. So much of her is expressed in the concept, décor, and, of course, the robust food: This is Gascony in NYC and Ariane deserves the title of ambassador. We found nothing wrong with the food, and the location next to Grand Central Station is great. If Ms. Daguin is on the premises, ask her for a sample of her very own (blanche) elixir. After you tried this, maybe the Gascon chef salad, sliced smoked chicken breast, Pyrénées sheep’s milk cheese, tomatoes and hard-boiled egg on greens. Main courses mean duck leg confit on frisée salad and sautéed potatoes. End things properly with baba à l’Armagnac, French sponge cake doused in Armagnac.
