David Bouley, whose other restaurants include Bouley, Danube and Bouley Bakery in New York City, brought his focus on natural flavors to this Miami Beach restaurant. A tasting menu is available for $90, $160 with wine pairings, or diners can order à la carte items like rack of Cooperstown organic lamb with homemade gnocchi, fresh sage, Brussels sprouts and zucchini-mint purée. Signature cocktails are served in the Etoile Lounge.
