 David Burke Prime Steakhouse in the Foxwoods Resort Casino offers contemporary fare like the pretzel-crusted crab cake with poppy seed honey and lobster bisque with green apple essence, but the focus is squarely on steak. Try the "Bronx" filet mignon or "Kentucky" rib-eye, the latter state acting as the source for all of the top-tier meat served here. The steaks are dry-aged in a pink Himalayan rock salt-tiled aging room on the premises, just as in the original David Burke Primehouse in Chicago. For those looking to go beyond the basics, sauces and mousses are available to complement any cut. Thousands of bottles of premium wine from around the world are available. Start your meal with a classic cocktail served at the 28-seat bar. If Prime aged steak and top-shelf libations aren't enough, the signature "drunken ricotta doughnut," a confection laced with chocolate Grand Marnier, or the famous "can-o-cake," a molten chocolate cake baked to order in a take-home tin, are desserts that make for an ideal ending.
