| This beautifully restored Art Deco space in the lobby of the Tower Building was formerly a bank. Soaring ceilings, a bustling bar scene and the seafood dishes---inspired by the West Coast, Gulf Coast and Chesapeake Bay---make owner-chef Jeff Tunks’ DC Coast a downtown hot-spot. Dishes to look for include crispy fried Gulf oysters, Carolina mountain trout, soft-shell crab BLT, and for a grand entrée, the Chinese-style smoked lobster.
