THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Desert Greens Restaurant Review:

Forget those restaurants with tiny hearts on the menu next to the broiled chicken and egg substitutes (designating their heart-healthy status), this is the real deal. Attached to the area’s best-known organic supermarket, most everything on Desert Greens’ menu is fresh, organic and meat-free (which does not equate to flavor-free!) Most items take a Southwestern slant like corn tamales and spicy black beans. Fresh fruit juices flow freely. And, of course, there are all the childhood favorites like grilled cheese and hot dogs---all soy!
