THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Detroit's Breakfast House & Grill Restaurant Review:
Detroit's talented trio of restaurateurs cracks into the breakfast biz with a unique eatery that boasts breakfast fare amid a chic ambience. Frank Taylor, Robert Porcher (a former Detroit Lion) and Jerry Nottage put a fun spin on morning dining. Look for a bright-red couch, a cozy stone fireplace and a to-go counter brimming with natural iced teas---together creating a well-appointed spot. Eggs Benedict varieties include one with Canadian bacon, another with grilled beefsteak tomatoes, and two with salmon. Like your breakfasts spicy? A Santa Fe selection heats up taste buds with chorizo sausage, peppers, cilantro, Jack cheese and green chilies. A New Orleans-style oyster po' boy also is offered.
