The Diller Room Restaurant Review:

Although housed in the former lobby of the historic Diller Hotel, The Diller Room’s cocktails and style are comfortably modern. Pizzas are fairly straightforward, yet satisfying in an old-fashioned kind of way. For instance, the mushrooms on the funghi pizza are sautéed, giving them a slightly caramelized character. Fiery Spanish pizza shines a spotlight on chorizo as a tasty alternative to pepperoni, which is also offered. Smaller appetites won't want to miss the steak pie on the small-plates menu. In its central location across from the Seattle Art Museum and a short walk from Seattle's waterfront, this spot draws plenty of tourists. For budget-conscious locals in the know, it has one of the best happy hours downtown, too, happening from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and all day on Sunday.
