Dine Restaurant Review: Catering to business travelers staying at the hotel as well as destination diners, this friendly spot serves three meals daily with homey flair. The menu keeps with a comfort food theme but ups the ante, ambition-wise (meatloaf with a fried egg and peppercorn sauce, for example). Pristinely fresh, summery oil-splashed yellowfin sashimi is accented with serrano, sesame and cilantro, while spice-rubbed Prime tenderloin pairs with golden beet vinaigrette and Brussels sprouts-horseradish salad. Grilled panzanella with frisée, ricotta salata and charred scallions gets doused with potent-in-a-good-way, grainy mustard vinaigrette. We also recommend veering toward the mac ‘n’ cheese, which is finished with a potato chip crust. And whatever you do, don’t pass on the moist, individual red velvet cake (you’ll cherish the leftovers).
