One of the latest additions to the local gourmet pantheon is this chic little bistro helmed by chef Jean Paul LuVanVi. The chef's French-Vietnamese background adds something really special to the Pan-Asian fare. To fellow fans of Vietnamese cuisine, we recommend the shrimp toast, the crunchy green papaya salad with shrimp, chicken and plenty of fresh mint, and perhaps even Jean Paul's upscale version of pho. Dishes with a more European flavor include the grilled hearts of romaine salad with Gorgonzola dressing and the crispy duck confit. Daily specials augment the regular menu. Approximately 35 wines are on pour by the glass.
