 Some of the most coveted tables are next to the panoramic windows in this restaurant high atop Disney's Contemporary Resort, where you get a bird's-eye view of the famous Magic Kingdom fireworks---and they even dim the lights and pipe in the accompanying music. But there's a pretty amazing show in the open kitchen, too, where chef Brian Piasecki and his team create the dishes. Start with one of the brick oven-baked flatbreads, pristine sushi or Sonoma goat cheese ravioli. A longtime favorite---in fact, the only menu item that has never left the menu since the restaurant opened---is the grilled pork tenderloin with goat cheese polenta, mushrooms and Zinfandel glaze. Otherwise, the menu matches the seasons, and you'll always find a vegetarian dish, fish creations and an oak-fired beef filet paired with farm-fresh vegetables. If you're not counting calories, end with a selection of cheeses (they change frequently) or the warm Valrhona chocolate cake. Wines, too, are an array of California's finest, and this is the only restaurant we know where every single vintage is available by the glass.
