This popular coffee house in the West Village is set at the intersection of Perry St., Waverly Pl. and Seventh Ave., but feels a world away from the bustle. The wood-clad interior makes for a lovely caffeine-induced retreat. Doma means "at home" in Czech (one of the owners comes from the Czech Republic) and regulars certainly make themselves at home here, as the laptop crowd takes over during the day, sipping coffee and munching on pastries. At night, a more formal dinner service happens with sandwiches, salads and crêpes on the menu.
