In an unlikely part of the city, Don Pedro’s offers an evening of Caribbean fine dining and fun. The restaurant’s knowledgeable staff goes out of their way to explain the extensive Caribbean fusion menu offerings which range from an enormous T-bone steak served flambé tableside to salads that combine the usual ingredients with unusual fruit and dressings. An array of creative cocktails complements the wine list. Notable sides include a sweet potato (not the orange tuber variety) known mainly in the Caribbean.
