Lunchtime finds this Donna’s at the Inner Harbor’s Gallery shopping center packed with suits from nearby offices, happily showing down on the café’s signature Mediterranean fare. Sophisticated four-cheese pizzas, snazzy smoked turkey stuffed rotolos, and hearty roast beef with roasted red onions on thick-sliced country rye bread power an afternoon’s worth of heavy commerce for downtowners on the go. Service can sometimes be erratic, but the food is generally fresh and stylish.
