Dos Caminos Restaurant Review: Dos Caminos is a hip and lively Mexican restaurant with a good sense of style. It takes no time to be seated, even on a busy weekend night. Fresh-made guacamole arrives promptly, served with warm corn tortilla chips and a trio of salsas --- note that these heady slurries with various degrees of heat (and the chips) are hard to resist even knowing they may leave no room for dinner. And that would be a shame because Dos Caminos offers interesting dishes at reasonable prices. Pescado a la talla is a memorable entrée of red snapper marinated in chile sauce, served with cooling mint rice and spicy cucumber salad. Fajitas are solid in their execution with a nice beefy flavor; the sizzling platter comes with onions and poblano slices. Cumin fries are a fun twist to ubiquitous french fries. Lime parfait and Mexican coffee are a refreshing way to end the meal. Enjoy a nice selection of Mexican beers or any of the many variations of margarita.
