Double Black Diamond Steakhouse is one of the only fine dining spots in a forty-mile radius, but it's well worth the reservation to eat like you're on vacation. The hotel-based restaurant focuses on hearty portions of Prime cuts of steak, game and seafood. Comfortable surroundings distinguished by mountain-home furnishings and a blazing fireplace cater to dating couples and families alike. Grilled swordfish with coriander, tarragon and lime makes us forget we're dining in a land-locked state. And the tender elk medallions with a sweet blackberry sauce send us into a satisfied food nirvana. |
