Clean-brightly-lit and adorned with original art, these parlors have the look and feel of an upscale Baskin Robbins. The flavors, however, taste far richer and more complex than those of America's favorite chain-the white pistachio, coffee bean, and Heath Bar crunch are outstanding examples. There is also a rotating roster of excellent nonfat yogurt flavors and decent espresso.
