THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Doug's Bar-B-Q Restaurant Review

: Doug's Bar-B-Q draws a diverse crowd, so get in line to be among those partaking of this take-out-only gem. For newbies it is important to learn phrases like two-way and three-way. A two-way will get you a combo of two meats like Doug's smoky pork ribs, beef ribs, brisket or chicken. A three-way is obvious and equally yummy. Sides include one of the best potato salads, house-made beans or spaghetti. Doug is from Texas and New Orleans, so it isn't surprising that he also makes boudin sausage and head cheese. For the really adventurous, there's deep-fried whole turkey.
