This SoHo sibling of Harry Cipriani attracts ever-so-hip, Armani-clad businessmen, leggy models and bridge-and-tunnel types who like to hang out with the cool set. The glittering Murano-glass chandelier is but one element of the off-shell-white, Venice-meets-SoHo décor. On a clear day, dine on the chic rooftop patio, one of the few in the area, and pretend you're on the Lido. Simple and usually noteworthy pastas and the like are served to the devoted all day long. Other favorites on the menu are the salmon with leeks and rice pilaf or the roast Cornish hen alla Cipriani with mixed vegetables.
