 Abandoning its focus of serving Prime steaks, this elegant restaurant in The Drake hotel now dishes up morning and midday eats only. Expect a gracious buffet in the a.m., followed by lunchtime luxuries like bookbinder soup, broiled whitefish rémoulade and Niçoise salmon. Prices---once daunting---are somewhat more down to earth, although the room does have an air of luxury about it, and you pay for that. Of course, the view of Oak Street Beach is hard to beat. |
