Duck Chang's Restaurant Review: Reputedly the first restaurant in the United States to popularize Peking duck, this DC place has lived on for more than 30 years with its signature dish. Of course, its extensive menu features a slew of other preparations from the ever-present hot-and-sour soup (a fine rendition) to orange beef, pork with chilies, steamed whole fish and lemon chicken. While other dishes may offer a tantalizing take on China's cuisine, skip past them and splurge on that whole Peking duck, presented at the table. It's worth every penny.
