Duke's Chowder House Greenlake Restaurant Review: An affordable menu and a family-friendly atmosphere make this chowder house a hit. One of the six Duke’s Chowder Houses in the Seattle area, this particular location doesn’t come with a view, but it does have patio seating on sunny days. It’s best known for its five signature chowders --- New England, Dungeness crab and bourbon, lobster, Cajun chicken and corn --- Northwest seafood and fish ‘n’ chips. Additional items include salmon with blueberries and goat cheese, macadamia nut-crusted halibut, and blackened-cod tacos. Burgers and sandwiches are available for non-seafood eaters. Dessert features freshly baked chocolate chip cookies or warm marionberry pie. |
