| Located across the street from the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, and not far from the Pabst Theater, Eagan’s claim to fame is its raw bar, which features a wide variety of sushi offerings and shellfish as well as crab cakes with wasabi caviar and crab legs. Entrées include salmon, swordfish, seafood sauté with penne pasta and lobster. Even if you aren't a fan of seafood, you won’t leave Eagan’s hungry. Try the grilled meatloaf---a mixture of veal, pork and beef---served with sour cream mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables or the boneless prime rib. For dessert you can’t go wrong with the crème brûlée cheesecake. |
