| The name is now Earls Downtown, but the restaurant is still the kingpin of casual fine dining. Exclusive microbrews and a wine list focusing on hot producers and regional strengths make Earls a rare breed among upscale chains. Although the menu features reliable standbys such as burgers, pizza and pasta, there's the same emphasis on quality seasonal ingredients. Menu highlights include grilled prawn tacos, smoked salmon and tuna rolls, jeera chicken curry, and authentic Asian-inspired wok dishes as well as steaks and chops. The one-price wine list holds savvy selections. Enthusiastic servers are a bonus. |
