Edo Restaurant Review: Edo’s sashimi and nigiri are good, but things heat up when it comes to specialty maki and the “spicies” with signature Dynamite sauce. We suggest the spider roll combination with crab and asparagus or the spicy tuna with tempura crispies. Meanwhile, the slices of creamy, cool monkfish liver manage to be at once delicate and rich. Other favorites include the sushi pizzas and grilled marinated black cod in saikyo sauce. Finish with tempura-battered banana with ice cream and dark chocolate. There is a nice saké list, which includes some ultra-premium selections.
