If you are a New Yorker and mad for bagels, you may appreciate this group of restaurants for their classic namesake product paired with your favorite topping. We love the onion bagel with salmon "shmear" (salmon cream cheese), and how can you go wrong with a wild blueberry bagel and some strawberry shmear? Einstein Bros offers a little something for everyone, including wraps, muffins, yogurts, iced and hot coffee, salads, bagel sandwiches and challah roll sandwiches with a choice of offbeat fillings. Remember, if you want to eat bagels for dinner, most stores close in the early evening.
