The Dallas part of the name has nothing to do with the city; in fact, it is the owner's last name. Consider the menu to be a mix of Jamaican, Cuban and Haitian, which offers lovers of this style of cuisine a variety of options: Jerked pork, curried chicken and the famous---or infamous---chilindron de chivo, better known in English as goat meat stewed in beer and wine. OK. And believe it or not, it really does taste a lot like chicken. Nevertheless, this small, plant-filled little jewel has enough polish in terms of both service and quality of food, to draw us back time and again.
