THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS El Manantial Restaurant Review:

Although it’s been at its current address for years, this tidy restaurant keeps a low profile. Too bad, because for its shopping-center location, it offers a fairly decent menu, a composite of dishes from Spain, Italy, and the continent (and at least one Thai-inspired chicken concoction), all tempered to suit the American palate. The mussels appetizer is a hefty bowl of nicely flavored bivalves, and the bread basket holds warmed slices. The entrée chicken Caesar salad, however, is just what you might expect without any fanciful interpretations. Other entrée offerings include a hamburger, a lamb steak, and beef stroganoff, a retro dish that obviously has its following even in the twenty-first century. While restaurants in Reston Town Center obviously get bigger crowds, it may be for that very reason that ladies who lunch and business partners might choose the peace and quiet of this pretty little place. While the food won’t wow you, management makes a concerted effort to give you a pleasant experience.
