| The fine-dining restaurant of Harbor View Inn, Eladio’s enjoys postcard vistas of Stearns Wharf and the Pacific. The menu leans toward a Mediterranean style, with highlights including a bone-in pork chop served with a sherry, cherry tomato and balsamic reduction, and charbroiled salmon with ancho chili and honey glaze. Local ingredients, from seafood to seasonal greens, often play a starring role. The wine selection is evenly split between local wines and Sonoma and Napa labels. |
