The Electric Cheetah Restaurant Review: This eccentric bistro in the heart of Eastown prides itself on serving American fare created from local, organic produce. Pistachio walls, high, animal-print chairs and a friendly waitstaff lend a relaxed, laid-back feel to the small space. Feast on stand-outs like the portobello mushroom sandwich brushed with olive oil and topped with leaf lettuce, tomato, grilled asparagus and charred chili aïoli on grilled ciabatta. Mind you, we’re also fond of the grass-fed beef burger. Be sure to save room for a slice of the made-from-scratch pie of the day served with a scoop of vanilla bean gelato or a pair of gooey, fresh-from-the-oven cookies.
