Proprietor Elvira Zamora Cinco does just about everything you can think of with pork and seafood. Turo-Turo means point-point in Philippine, and that's how patrons order the food from the steam table in the back. The pork and chicken adobo are favorites here, as are the stews and the halo-halo, a dessert of tropical fruits, Philippine ice cream, crushed ice and milk flan.
