 Named for Denver Bronco quarterback and NFL Hall of Fame inductee John Elway, Elway's at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver offers a wide menu selection, large wine list and a comfortable dining room. Signature items include hand-cut, aged USDA prime steaks, along with lobster and salmon. For diners attending the theater or downtown sporting events, the restaurant also serves a special shortened menu, "45 in 45", a $45 three-course meal special served in less than 45 minutes.
