Located in the elegant Morrison House Hotel, this equally elegant restaurant is presided over by executive chef Gian Piero Mazzi. Breakfasts may include Parisienne crêpes with fresh berries, banana and hazelnut cream, pancakes with Valrhona chocolate chips, bananas or Maine blueberries and a basket of homemade breakfast pastries. Dinners have featured goat cheese terrine with beluga caviar followed by a confit of duck, venison sausage and Hudson Valley foie gras with white bean cassoulet.
