Located in Summerlin’s trendy Boca Park, this neighborhood eatery has established itself as a local hangout. The dining room, outdoor patio and bar seat a total of 150 guests, and provide a casual but elegant setting. Executive chef Aaron Klafter-Phillips has compiled an imaginative menu featuring seasonal offerings such as chilled asparagus soup and creative appetizers including crostini that contrast earthy goat cheese with the sweetness of figs. Be sure to try the mixed greens salad combining watermelon, goat cheese, candied pecans and pomegranate-reduction vinaigrette. Grilled Prime sirloin steak is complemented by roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted vegetables, potato purée and red wine demi. We also like the grilled miso salmon served with jasmine rice, bok choy, edamame and red pepper. End with the warm chocolate cake with vanilla gelato. A distinctive wine list drawing labels from Italy, France, Australia, Argentina and California is matched with a refined beer selection with the likes of Orval, Westmalle Tripel, Stone Ruination IPA and Franziskaner Hefeweizen.
