Eric's Restaurant Review:

About the restaurant: As the in-house restaurant of the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College, Eric’s is the training ground for the next wave of hot chefs. The dining rooms and bar area are nicely lit and have warm wood paneling. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, the restaurant is a good spot for business meals and for students and faculty.

Food & Drinks: Foods are mostly locally sourced and the menu tends to be regional American with a bit of Mediterranean flair. You can choose the pollo Eric, a pan-seared, cashew-crusted chicken breast topped with a wicked mango habanero cream sauce. A full bar and good desserts round out the experience, making this a place worthy of multiple visits.
