 This Florida-based operation proves that organic and low-fat foods can fit into the fast-food concept. So nothing is fried and milkshakes are made with organic dairy. How does it taste? The fries, which are air baked on a perforated metal pan, come out crisp and tasty, while the burger has a thin patty made from naturally and humanely raised beef. Salads are served with locally made Naturally Fresh brand dressings, and wraps round out the menu. Big plus: Sea salt and pepper grinders are on the tables. The bright, cheerful lime-green-bedecked interior is lively and casual. Very kid-appealing, Evos brims with families out for dinner.
