| Having refined his skills in the kitchens of Wolfgang Puck, Fahrenheit’s Rocco Whalen cooks up a contemporary American menu with influences from California, Asia and the Mediterranean. Whalen changes his lively offerings seasonally to make the most of current harvests and the freshest produce, herbs and spices. From starters like sweet chorizo-stuffed dates wrapped in bacon or slow-cooked Kobe beef short ribs marinated in a house-made soy-ginger sauce, it's easy to see why this Tremont hot-spot ranks high among Cleveland’s culinary must-dos. Neighborhood folks stop at the bar for a beer and a gourmet pizza while diners on dates gather around low-lit tables in the stylish dining room. Fahrenheit is one of those few restaurants where the atmosphere and food are impressive but the menu has something for everyone, gourmand or otherwise. |
