Fahrenheit Restaurant Review: Fahrenheit’s chef-owner Rocco Whalen cooks up contemporary American cuisine with influences from California, Asia and the Mediterranean. Whalen changes his lively offerings seasonally to make the most of current harvests and the freshest produce, herbs and spices. From starters like slow-roasted pork belly served with buttery fried polenta to mains of 18-hour Ohio pork shank, it's easy to see why this Tremont hot-spot ranks high among Cleveland’s culinary must-dos. Neighborhood folks stop at the bar for a beer and a gourmet pizza, while diners on dates gather around low-lit tables in the stylish dining room. Fahrenheit is one of those few restaurants where the atmosphere and food are impressive but the menu has something for everyone, gourmand or otherwise.
