Fajita Flats Restaurant Review:

Big families, especially those celebrating birthdays, say that the Tex-Mex food plays second fiddle to the Fajita Flats experience, which includes waiters standing on bars leading the guests in a sing-along. Besides admirable smoky-flavored fajitas (we should hope so, given the name), the kitchen flexes its culinary muscle with mesquite-grilled orange roughy, seasoned pork chops and bacon-wrapped shrimp. Sides of refried beans, table salsa and guacamole are also reliable. Flautas are a filling way to start.
