You may have been to events at Moscone Center or walked around the area many times and not noticed this attractive, modern Chinese eatery from the family behind House of Nanking, but if you're in the area in search of something different it's a solid option. Peter Fang and his daughter Kathy Fang mix traditional and innovative approaches to Chinese cooking to reinterpret their family recipes with a focus on seasonality. Order a selection of small dishes and enjoy the variety one assumes of Chinese cuisine: dumplings, pot stickers, steamed buns and a host of vegetarian, vegan and meat dishes. Quick enough service for a trade show lunch, good enough for an extended dinner with friends. A short wine list and several beers, including Chinese selections, are available.
